Reservations and cancellations

• All reservations made must be guaranteed by a valid credit card
• All reservations made can be cancelled at no cost until 3 days before arrival 
• All reservations cancelled within less than 3 days before arrival will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay
• All reservations made for special promotions must be 100% prepaid for the reservation to be confirmed and cannot be cancelled or changed at any time
• Packages can be cancelled until 2 weeks prior to arrival. After that period the full amount of the stay will be charged
