5 courses are prepared with ingredients chosen from the rich variety on offer in the region. Seasonal produce is obviously used in the preparation of many of the local specialties, all interpreted in the chef’s own way. Chef Rogier personally introduces his choices to his guests and suggests the appropriate wines from the excellent cellar in which the local wines feature prominently!
For different wines with each dish, the appropriate choice is the wine pairing, the ‘Ballade de Vins’.
In summer months, the restaurant extends to the romantic candlelit courtyard, a totally enjoyable experience!
